Step 1:
Your Intake Consultation. Introduction and discussion on setting up food journal, Intake forms, photos and goals. 30min
Step 2:
After all forms and photos are submitted we will discuss your entire health history. Past and present state of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 60min
I then will evaluate the information and set up some ideas on how to move forward.
