I believe that mind and body must be in unison and mine are not currently during the exercises. Since I'm doing things for the first time, I feel behind sometimes so my mind is suffering . I will however, try to get better with repetition.

Laurie is the best! She makes pilates fun and approachable for all levels. She pushes you to be your best and encourages improvement at every class. Her classes WILL kick your butt! I have seen so much improvement in my flexibility, core strength and endurance. Thank you Laurie!

One of my favorite Pilates studios around here!! I have been coming here for almost a year now after a shoulder injury. Laurie and the instructors are very knowledgable and so personable. There are a variety of classes to choose from and even offer Ayurveda nutrition programs. Definitely a go to! Thank you Pilates Plus!!

I found this studio during a search and booked a class. I am so upset with myself for not finding it sooner!! I am impressed with Laurie's knowledge of physiology and how she teaches. My favorite class is gyrokinesis! Since attending these classes, I have a significant improvement in my balance. I highly recommend Pilates Plus!

I had taken a pilates class over 20 years ago. I had been looking for a place off and on for many years. I wasn't ever able to find a place where I didn't have to go to these introductory courses and all the extra stuff before being able to start until about 3 weeks ago. I saw something on Instagram about a machine called the gyrotonic and I was intrigued. Googled it and came across this place. Low and behold, she teaches something similar, yet she also teaches; drum roll, pilates without all the extra stuff. I signed up, invited my girlfriend whose never done pilates before. We went to our semi-private session, enjoyed it and we both bought a package and we look forward to going every single session. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to try something new,something different or even to reconnect to an activity that you once enjoyed or tried and liked. She offers a variety of classes: pilates (mat, props and reformer), yoga, gyrokinesis, barr and cardio/mat to name a few. In addition, she offers private, semi-private and small group sessions all at a very reasonable price.
