About the Studio
We are centrally located in Southern New Jersey. Convenient for Camden County, Burlington County and both bridges from Philadelphia.
Our studio offers Private sessions and small group classes in a restorative, noncompetitive environment.
Our instructors uphold the highest standards. We do not just teach a standard routine, we create a special program that caters to your individual needs and evolves with you. No two bodies are alike so why teach one way, one sequence, or the same program to everyone – all the time. You will feel better and look better.
We are a fully equipped studio with Cadillac, Reformers, Ladder Barrel, Split Pedal Chair, Avalon System, and Spine Correcter. No group class is over four members, and mat classes are limited to six so you receive the best quality instruction.

Laurie DiMatteo-Weiner PMA-CPT, ACE-CPT
A Passionate Advocate for Wellness
Laurie’s journey in health and fitness is driven by a lifelong passion for helping others achieve lasting wellness. She launched her career in 1995 as a fitness instructor at Bally Total Fitness, quickly rising to Group Fitness Manager. It was here she discovered Pilates in 1996 and was captivated by its healing power.
In 2000, Laurie took a bold step and opened her own Pilates studio, where she has since witnessed profound physical and emotional transformations in her clients—from athletes and weekend warriors to seniors and children.
A Master Trainer for Pilates Sports Center Education prepares future Pilates teachers with a blend of classic and contemporary techniques. Graduates of her 450-hour program are well-equipped for the Pilates Method Alliance and NCPT certification exam and have gone on to successful teaching careers.
Certified as a Personal Trainer by American Council on Exercise and a Master Pilates Teacher, Laurie holds over a dozens certifications in fitness, Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma Therapy Yoga, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy and Ayurveda Nutrition. She is committed to ongoing education to stay at the forefront of exercise science and nutrition.
Laurie’s holistic approach emphasizes personalized programs that maintain balance and harmony in the body. Her mission is to support clients of all ages and fitness levels in staying strong and active, regardless of injuries or challenges. Most importantly, Laurie’s passion for what she does shines through every day.

Jen Tedesco
Jen Tedesco brings unmatched energy and vibrancy from the ballet stage to the Pilates studio. Having dazzled audiences with the International Ballet Theatre and Pennsylvania Ballet in roles like The Nutcracker and Swan Lake, Jen transitioned from a ballet career to become a faculty member at the School of Philadelphia Ballet.
Her enthusiasm for movement took a new turn with Pilates certification from Laurie Weiner and Pilates Sports Center, sparking a deep passion for the practice. Jen further enriched her expertise with certification in Progressive Ballet Technique, blending advanced ballet skills with Pilates.
Jen has been bringing innovative and exciting classes to PilatesPlusMarlton for over 10 years.

Amy Lynne Barr
Amy is a dynamic Pilates instructor and modern dance choreographer/performer based in Burlington County, bringing a vibrant blend of creativity and expertise to her work. With an MFA in Choreography from the University of Iowa, Amy has had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed artists like Martha Clarke, Jennifer Kayle, Charlotte Adams, Doug Nielsen, and many others. Her choreographic works have graced stages across the globe, from the bustling streets of New York City to the serene landscapes of Ireland, Puerto Rico, and beyond.
Beyond her work in the studio and on stage, Amy is passionate about functional movement, muscular skeletal anatomy, and mindful movement practices. Her dedication to these principles is reflected in her Pilates instruction, where she guides clients to achieve a deeper connection between mind and body.
In addition to her artistic pursuits, Amy has a culinary flair, serving as a private chef for Atlands Dance Residencies in Chesterfield, MA, and is available as a baker for hire. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Chris Masters Dance in NYC, contributing her unique vision and passion for the arts to the broader dance community.
