Just off Route 73 on Greentree road, Marlton, New Jersey. Our studio works with many different movement based programs specializing in Pilates. Our programs are all designed with you in mind. Offering Private, Duet, Trio and Small Group Instruction utilizing Pilates reformers, Cadillac, Towers, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and and GYROKINESIS® method. Private Sessions utilizing the The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® are also available by appointment. We also offer Virtual classes that can be done directly from your home. Classes include Barre, Cardio/Mat, Yoga, Pilates Mat with Props. We offer FitVideo available to all our package holders and members. These videos can be taken anywhere. Amazing classes designed to challenge everyone. These videos include Reformer, Barre, Cardio/Mat, Yoga and Pilates with Props. Our programs cater to a variety of clientele (executives, full-time moms, injury rehab, pre-natal, athletes and everyone in between) our experienced teachers can accommodate all ages, lifestyles and fitness levels.
